White Peony (Pai Mu Tan)

Description

Our organic White Peony tea (Pai Mu Tan) is a testament to the artistry of traditional white tea production. Composed of carefully selected one bud and two leaves, this Fujian white tea undergoes gentle withering and drying. Its purity is preserved. The result is an incredibly aromatic brew with a subtle floral fragrance and a fresh, sweet taste that can reveal notes of melon, honey, and a gentle earthy undertone. Its light body and absence of astringency make it wonderfully approachable.

After the tea is steeped, the leaves can be reused up to 4 times.
