Processing Time:
We use multiple shipping companies in order to ship the fastest way possible.
- Depending on the size of the order, we try our best to ship it out the next day if it is received before 1:00 pm.
- Shipping Options and Fees: We offer multiple choices for shipping, standard, expedited and overnight service. At checkout, you will be given the option and the costs.
- Delivery Times: The shipping process is provided by a 3rd party. We have no control on their service. We can only estimate delivery times for each shipping option. These estimates and can be affected by factors like the weather or holidays.
- International Shipping: Since the U.S. has imposed various tariffs on goods that do not comply with CUSMA, whatever the order consists of may have extra duty or tariffs. We are not the collectors, US Customs is, therefore for any items ordered that has duty or tariffs added on, payment will be collected by the shipping companies broker.
- There may be delays due to the inspection process by US Customs. We have no control on this and ask for your patience.
- Restrictions: We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
- Tracking and Notifications: Once the order is placed, you will receive a notification of the shipping details which can be tracked. Contact the shipping company for inquiries on shipping.
- Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages: Contact the shipping company on lost, damaged or delayed packages.
